Group Fitness
Group fitness classes are exercise classes led by a trainer or instructor in a group setting. They can be aerobic or strength-based, and can include a variety of activities! We currently offer many styles!

Silver Classes
Silver group fitness classes or as I call them, GOLDEN Rule, is a full-body workout typically for adults 65 and older that focus on increasing strength, balance, and range of motion. Classes use a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, balls, and chairs. I do not enforce that age range though, welcome to all!

Strength Equipment available for members of Flash Fitness! Smith machines, squat racks, abductor/adductor, leg press, hack squat, hip thruster, cables, and more!
Treadmill, Max Trainer, Rowing Machine, seated elliptical and bikes available for your use!
One-on-one Personal Training, one-on-one Yoga Sessions, Personalized nutrition and wellness to meet your specific fitness goals!
