At Flash Fitness, we are dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional guidance to women; helping them lose the excess pounds and inches while acquiring the healthy habit of exercise.

With Flash Fitness, you warm-up, perform cardiovascular and strength training, cool down, and stretch - all in 30 minutes! How is this possible? Our program uses easy-to-master hydraulic resistance machines that work two muscle groups at a time, as opposed to the single muscle workout provided by standard weight stack machines.

And all of this is done in an upbeat environment that promotes friendship and encouragement from a large network of women. That makes working out fun!
